What are the delivery timelines?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date.  Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its progress.

I’ve placed an order, but there is no update

Your order may still be under processing.  Once an order is placed, it goes through a short processing stage before dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date and you'll receive the updates once it is shipped.  If you do not receive an update within four working days of placing your order, we request you to write to our support team at [email protected] with your order details, and we will assist you promptly

Tracking shows delivered, but I’ve not received
We understand how concerning this can be.
In some cases, orders marked as “delivered” may have been received by a neighbour, security desk, or another authorised person. We recommend checking with them once.
If you’re still unable to locate your order, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order details—we will promptly look into this for you.

Why am I unable to purchase more than 5 copies of a book?

A limit of five copies per order is set to ensure wider availability of our books. For bulk or institutional requirements, kindly fill up this form Link or send us an email with details at: [email protected]. Our team will reach out to you at the earliest.   

Can you gift-wrap and deliver my order?

At present, we do not offer gift-wrapping services. However, all orders are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

How can I place a bulk order?

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. The applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

How can I purchase a book that is out of stock?

We understand how disappointing it can be when a book you’re looking for isn’t available.  While it’s currently out of stock, we do replenish our titles regularly. Simply click on the NOTIFY option in the website or feel free to reach out to support team at [email protected]. We’ll keep you posted on the stock availability. 

Can I purchase THG books from any physical store?

Yes. THG books are available to purchase at our Corporate office in Chennai and at all our Regional offices.  Our office addresses are available at: https://thgbookstore.zohoecommerce.in/our-offices

I want to cancel my order

We understand you’re considering cancelling your order. If there’s anything we may assist you with before you proceed, we would be pleased to help. Should you still wish to continue, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order details within 2 hours of placing the order as we usually start processing orders the same day

Can I gift a book to someone / or my friend / relative

Yes. You may enter the address to which the copies are to be dispatched. (if the shipping address is different than yours)

💳 Payments

My payment got debited twice
We understand your concern and are here to help.
In some cases, duplicate debits may occur due to a temporary issue during the payment process. If this has happened, the excess amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within a few working days.

Can I pay Cash on delivery?

At present, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders can be completed securely using our available online payment options.

Promo code is not working
We understand how disappointing this can be.
Promo codes may not apply if certain conditions—such as validity, minimum order value, or eligible titles—are not met. We recommend checking these once.

What are the payments methods accepted?

Received a different book other than what I ordered
We understand this may have caused inconvenience, and we’re here to help.
