- Books ordered online are shipped via Courier or India Post, depending on the serviceability of your delivery location.
- Once an order is placed, it goes through a short processing stage before dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date.
- Tracking details will be shared with you once your order is shipped on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/ registered with us, to help you stay updated on its progress.
- In rare instances, dispatch and delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our influence; however, we remain committed to keeping you informed throughout.
- Please ensure to furnish complete and correct postal address with landmark and pin code to help us fulfil the order without any delay in transshipment.
📦 Cancellation
- If you’re considering cancelling your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order, using your registered email ID. If there’s anything we can assist you with, we would be glad to help.
- Should you still wish to proceed, kindly share your order details, reason for cancellation, and bank details so we can process your request smoothly.
- Once an order is processed for dispatch, we can no longer cancel it. We appreciate your understanding.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to your original mode of payment, subject to your bank’s timelines.
📚 Returns
We take great care & strive to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we are here to help.
- Returns or exchanges are supported only in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

- Upon review of your request for Return, our team will reach out to you and ensure a swift resolution.
- Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed at our sole discretion. Rest assured, we keep your satisfaction in mind.
